All payments made on Corishta are final. Since our services are delivered digitally, we do not offer refunds once the payment has been successfully processed and the purchased feature has been activated.

Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after purchase.
- The other member does not reply.
- You are not satisfied with the match or conversation outcome.
- You accidentally purchased a service.
- Your expectations from the service are not met.
Technical Issues
If a payment is successfully completed but the purchased service is not delivered due to a technical issue on Corishta, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue and either activate the purchased service or provide another appropriate resolution.
