These community guidelines help set clear expectations for how to behave and interact on Corishta — with dignity, sincerity, and mutual respect.

1. Use the Platform for Marriage Intentions Only

Corishta is exclusively for those seeking marriage or life partners. If you're here to flirt, date casually, promote content, or seek monetary benefits, this is not the place for you. Misusing the platform may result in permanent account suspension.

2. Respect Boundaries and Personal Space

Everyone has their own pace when it comes to communication and sharing details. Do not pressure anyone for personal info like phone numbers, social handles, or financial details. Be patient, courteous, and seek consent before escalating conversations.

3. Be Honest and Authentic

Be truthful about who you are — your age, marital status, religion, profession, and intentions. Fake profiles, impersonation, or misleading information damages trust and is strictly prohibited.

4. Protect Yourself and Others

Never share bank details, OTPs, or confidential documents. If anyone asks for money, gifts, or financial help — report them immediately. Corishta will never ask for such info either.

5. No Inappropriate Content or Behavior

Sexual content, vulgar language, harassment, bullying, caste-based comments, or any form of abuse (verbal, emotional, or otherwise) will not be tolerated — whether public or in private messages.

6. Be Kind. Be Respectful. Be Responsible.

We celebrate diversity. Treat others with respect regardless of caste, religion, language, background, or appearance. Disagreements may happen — but hostility is never welcome.

7. Report & Support

If you encounter suspicious or inappropriate behavior, report it. Every report is confidential and taken seriously. Help us maintain a respectful community for everyone.

8. No Promotions or Commercial Activity

Corishta is not for business promotions, influencer growth, fundraising, or job hunting. Please don’t share marketing links, product offers, or services.

9. One Person, One Account

Only you should access your account. Shared or joint accounts are not allowed. If you’re managing a profile for someone else (e.g. a parent for a son/daughter), please state that clearly.

10. Stay Active or Your Profile May Be Removed

To keep our community fresh and responsive, inactive profiles may be removed after 12 months. Logging in regularly helps you stay visible and trustworthy.

Consequences of Rule Violations

We take violations seriously. Depending on the severity, we may:

Send warnings
Temporarily suspend accounts
Permanently ban users
Report serious offenses to legal authorities (e.g., fraud, abuse)
