Introduction

Welcome to Corishta, a matrimonial platform dedicated to uniting individuals in the sacred bond of marriage. By registering or using our Services (website and mobile applications), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

1. Disclaimer

Corishta facilitates connections for matrimonial purposes but does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of claims made by members regarding age, income, marital status, or other details. It is your responsibility to independently verify such information before proceeding with any matrimonial arrangement.
By registering yourself or your ward, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. General Terms

Your membership is personal, non-assignable, and non-transferable. It is intended solely for your use in seeking a life partner.
All profile information is provided by members or their representatives. Corishta does not endorse or certify the accuracy of such details, including age, marital status, or income.
Corishta maintains the confidentiality of your personal information, except when disclosure is required by law or necessary to share with potential matches as part of our Services.
Corishta reserves the right to terminate membership immediately if a member engages in abusive, obscene, intimidating, or illegal behavior, or violates the rights of others, as reported by another member.
Membership may be terminated if the information you provide is deemed objectionable, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

3. Membership Policies

Membership fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of termination or cancellation, unless otherwise specified in a separate refund policy.
Members or their guardians must contact Corishta at least once every three months to keep their profile active. Failure to do so may result in your profile being excluded from matchlists. If no contact is made within six months, Corishta may terminate your membership.
To access monthly matchlists, members must present their matchlist card and registration receipt at the Corishta office or as per instructions provided.

4. Privacy and Security

Corishta will not disclose member information to third parties for legal proceedings unless required by law or court order.
Members should verify the authenticity of SMS or other communications claiming to be from Corishta. We are not responsible for messages sent outside our official systems.
While we strive to keep matchlists current, Corishta is not liable if members fail to notify us of changes (e.g., cancellation of their profile or updated status).

5. Responsibilities of Members

You are responsible for verifying the contact details and information shared by other members. Corishta is not liable for any misuse arising from such interactions.
You must promptly inform Corishta of any changes to your contact details or personal information. Failure to update may lead to suspension of your account.
Members must communicate respectfully with Corishta staff and representatives. Use of abusive or inappropriate language will result in immediate account cancellation.

6. Additional Terms

Corishta reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted here, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
Services are provided based on the membership package selected at registration. It is your responsibility to review and understand the package details.
By registering, you authorize Corishta to contact you via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or postal mail for service-related updates and matchmaking purposes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of Corishta will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi.
