Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Double Charges: If you are inadvertently charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a billing error.
- Technical Errors: If a premium feature fails to function due to an app-related issue beyond your control, and we cannot resolve it promptly.
- No Refunds for Policy Violations: If your account is terminated due to a violation of our terms (e.g., fraudulent activity or misuse), no refund will be issued.
