Role Overview
As Training and Onboarding Executive you make sure that someone joining Corishta, whether as a salaried employee or as a consultant, understands how the business works from the first week. You will build the onboarding programme, run the training sessions, and keep the training material current as procedures change.
Salary
This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.
Responsibilities
- Design and run onboarding for new employees and new consultants
- Build and maintain training material that reflects current procedures
- Deliver training on Corishta processes, platform usage and service standards
- Assess trainee understanding and record completion
- Gather feedback on training and improve what is not working
- Support district managers to train their own teams
- Coordinate the certification that consultants complete before working independently

Candidate Profile
- Two or more years in training, onboarding or instructional work
- Clear presentation skills, in person and online
- Patience and the ability to explain the same thing in different ways
- Good command of written English and of Hindi
- Strong organisation, since multiple inductions run in parallel
- Experience onboarding field or consultant teams
- Familiarity with learning management systems
- Experience creating video or written training content
