Matrimonial Consultant

Role Overview

Consultants work with Corishta by helping identify genuine people who are looking for matrimonial matches and by assisting Corishta members with the matrimonial process.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships within your personal and local network
• Identify genuine matrimonial requirements
• Refer relevant people to Corishta
• Help members understand Corishta's services
• Follow up with members when required
• Assist existing members who require support
• Work according to Corishta's consultant guidelines

Who Can Apply?

• Good communication skills
• Useful personal, professional, or community connections
• Comfortable speaking with people
• Able to work independently
• Interested in a long-term commission-based opportunity
• Willing to learn the matrimonial service process

Working Model

• Flexible working hours
• Can be performed alongside other work
• Primarily referral and relationship-based
• No fixed monthly salary
• Commission-based earnings
• Earnings depend on actual performance and eligible activity
• Customer payments are made directly through the Corishta platform
• Consultants should not collect customer payments personally

Career Progression

A Consultant may become eligible for progression to Senior Consultant after completing the required activity and meeting Corishta's criteria. The current internal structure requires Consultants to build 20 matrimonial profiles before they can be considered for the next level, subject to company evaluation. This is a progression criterion, not an automatic promotion.
