Role Overview
Senior Consultants are experienced Consultants who may take additional responsibility for guiding, supporting, and managing other Consultants.
Responsibilities
- Support Consultants
- Guide new Consultants
- Help Consultants understand Corishta's processes
- Monitor team activities
- Assist with training
- Coordinate team performance
- Help build a productive consultant network
- Support customer and matrimonial-service activities
Career Progression
A Consultant may be considered for Senior Consultant responsibilities after completing the required profile-building activity (20 profiles) and demonstrating suitable performance and understanding of the Corishta process. Completing this activity is a progression criterion, not an automatic promotion guarantee.
Earnings: There is no guaranteed monthly income. Earnings depend on applicable commission structures and performance. Senior Consultants may receive additional team-related benefits according to Corishta's applicable commission structure.
