Role Overview
As Talent Acquisition Manager you decide how Corishta finds its people and you supervise the team that does the finding. You will build sourcing strategies for the roles that are hard to fill, coach recruiters on assessment, and keep the hiring pipeline healthy. You will also work with department heads to write job descriptions that attract the right people.
Salary
This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.
Responsibilities
- Own recruitment strategy for the business, including sourcing channels by role type
- Supervise the recruitment team and coach recruiters on assessment and closing
- Work with department heads to define roles and write clear job descriptions
- Build and maintain pipelines for senior and specialist positions
- Track hiring funnel metrics and act where the process is losing candidates
- Improve candidate experience, including how quickly we respond
- Partner with the Head of HR on workforce planning

Candidate Profile
- Six or more years in talent acquisition, with at least three years leading a recruitment team
- Demonstrable success hiring technical, managerial and field roles
- Strong assessment and interviewing judgement
- Experience with structured interviews and scorecards
- Good working knowledge of sourcing platforms and networks
- Experience hiring in consumer services or a distributed field network
- Knowledge of the Indian talent market across multiple states
- Exposure to employer branding
