State Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview

As State Marketing Coordinator you make the national marketing plan work in your state. You will run local campaigns, adapt the central creative to the local language and local context, and coordinate with the district teams so that promotions reach the families who should see them. You will work within an agreed budget and report on what the activity produced.

Salary

This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional marketing campaigns and state-level promotions
• Adapt central marketing creative for local languages and local context
• Work with district managers on local event marketing and outreach
• Manage the local marketing budget and track what each activity produced
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team on local-targeted campaigns
• Maintain relationships with local media and event partners
• Report campaign performance honestly, including what did not work

Preferred Skills

Candidate Profile

• Two or more years in marketing coordination or field marketing
• Fluent in the state language and in Hindi, with working English
• Practical understanding of digital and offline marketing channels
• Good coordination skills and the ability to work with distributed teams
• Comfort with budgets and basic campaign measurement
• Experience with regional or vernacular marketing campaigns
• Experience with community events and local media
• Working knowledge of Meta and Google advertising platforms
