Role Overview
As Social Media Manager you own how Corishta talks and listens on social media. You will set the social strategy, oversee the content calendar across languages, and make sure the brand sounds like the same organisation everywhere it appears.
Salary
This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.
Responsibilities
- Own the social media strategy and the content calendar across all platforms
- Oversee content production in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Manage the community management and the response to comments and messages
- Work with the design team on the assets the channels need
- Measure reach, engagement and the registrations that come from social
- Keep the brand voice consistent across every channel and every language
- Report performance honestly and adjust the plan when it is not working

Candidate Profile
- Three or more years managing social media for a brand
- Strong written communication in English and Hindi, with Marathi useful
- Practical understanding of each platform’s format and audience
- Experience managing a content calendar and multiple stakeholders
- Sound judgement about what not to post
- Experience in a trust-sensitive or family-oriented category
- Community management experience
- Familiarity with social analytics and listening tools
