Role Overview
As Social Media Executive you publish the content and keep the channels active. You will work to the calendar set by the Social Media Manager, produce posts across languages, and handle the routine replies and comments. This is the usual starting point in social media work.
Salary
This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.
Responsibilities
- Publish content to the social channels according to the content calendar
- Write posts in the language the channel’s audience uses
- Schedule and manage content across the platforms
- Handle routine comments, replies and messages and escalate the ones that need attention
- Coordinate with the design team for the assets each post needs
- Report basic engagement numbers accurately

Candidate Profile
- One or more years in social media or content work
- Strong written communication in Hindi and English
- Working knowledge of the main social platforms and their formats

- Comfortable with a content calendar and deadlines
- Familiarity with Canva or a comparable design tool
- A third language
- Experience with social analytics
