Role Overview
As a Senior Matrimonial Consultant you handle the cases that need more care, guide families whose requirements are complicated or sensitive, and help newer consultants do the job well. You will have an established network and a track record of successful introductions. Like the consultant role, this is work-from-home and commission-based.

Responsibilities
- Handle member cases that involve complex requirements, sensitive situations or multiple family members
- Guide and mentor newer consultants, and support them when a case is difficult
- Make suitable introductions for the families in your network
- Maintain long-term relationships with the families you have registered
- Keep family information confidential and handle it with the care it requires
- Follow Corishta procedures for every introduction and every payment
- Report your activity honestly and raise concerns about cases that need attention

Who Can Apply?
- At least one year of prior consulting experience and a record of successful introductions
- An established network within your community
- Excellent interpersonal judgement, particularly with sensitive family situations
- The ability to guide and coach others without being asked to
- A smartphone with a reliable data connection
- Experience mentoring or supporting a small team
- A computer and internet connection at home
- A deeper understanding of the platform’s matching process
