Regional Operations Executive

Role Overview

As Regional Operations Executive you support the Regional Manager by keeping the region’s reporting accurate, its activities coordinated and its teams informed. You will compile the regional reporting, chase the inputs the districts owe, and step in to coordinate activity when the manager is travelling. It is a coordination role with real ownership of the operational detail.

Salary

This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.

Responsibilities

• Compile the regional reporting pack and verify the inputs behind it
• Coordinate activity across the districts in the region
• Track district targets and follow up with managers who are behind
• Organise the meetings, reviews and training that region teams attend
• Maintain the regional operating documentation and standards
• Support the district managers with the day-to-day coordination they need
• Escalate to the Regional Manager the issues that need a decision

Preferred Skills

Candidate Profile

• Three or more years in operations coordination or reporting
• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills, with accuracy as a habit
• Good organisational skills and the ability to chase inputs politely but firmly
• Fluent Hindi and working English
• Willingness to travel within the region
• Experience supporting a multi-district team
• Familiarity with field operations
• Experience with MIS or reporting tools
