Regional Manager

Role Overview

As Regional Manager you sit between the state and the districts. You will supervise several districts at once, hold them to the operating standard, and make sure that a problem solved in one district is solved properly everywhere in your region. You will be responsible for the consistency of the Corishta experience across a whole region rather than for one location.

Salary

This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the district managers within the region
• Hold districts to the operating standards and to their agreed targets
• Review regional performance and identify the practices that should be replicated
• Travel across the region and review operations with district teams directly
• Support district managers with escalations that need regional intervention
• Coordinate recruitment and training for districts in the region
• Report regional performance to the State Operations Manager

Preferred Skills

Candidate Profile

• Seven or more years in operations with at least four years managing multiple districts or branches
• Experience managing managers who lead their own teams
• Strong analytical skill, with the ability to compare locations fairly
• Extensive travel across the region
• Confident working with data and with holding teams to it
• Experience in a multi-branch or multi-district consumer operation
• Exposure to matrimonial or allied relationship services
• Experience supporting new district openings
