Regional Business Development Executive

Role Overview

As Regional Business Development Executive you support the region’s growth by finding and building local partnerships. You will work with community leaders, local businesses and allied service providers across the region, and you will make sure that the partnerships you build are useful to families rather than simply visible. Much of the role is spent in conversation.

Salary

This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build local partnerships across the region
• Represent Corishta at community and local business forums
• Support the State Business Development Manager on larger negotiations
• Maintain the regional partner pipeline and follow up on it
• Coordinate partner-led activities with the district teams
• Report on partnership activity and outcomes honestly
• Collect local market feedback for the wider business development team

Preferred Skills

Candidate Profile

• Three or more years in business development, partnerships or community engagement
• Excellent spoken communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in the regional language and in Hindi, with working English
• Willingness to travel across the region
• Comfort with targets and with reporting progress honestly
• Existing relationships with community or institutional leaders
• Experience in a consumer or service partnership role
• Exposure to matrimonial or wedding services
