Role Overview
As Recruitment Executive you are the person who actually finds candidates. You will source applicants across the states we operate in, screen applications against what each role genuinely needs, and coordinate interview schedules so that candidates and interviewers both have a good experience. Much of the role is built around local networks and knowing where the right people are in each state.
Salary
This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and local networks
- Screen applications and applications by telephone against the role requirements
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and interviewers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system
- Keep candidates informed about the status of their application
- Support offer discussions and help with pre-joining formalities
- Build and maintain local candidate pools for hard-to-fill field roles

Candidate Profile
- One or more years in recruitment or talent sourcing
- Confident communication on the phone and in writing in both English and Hindi
- Good judgement in assessing whether a candidate matches a role
- Strong organisation and follow-through
- Willingness to travel within the state for field recruitment drives
- Experience recruiting for field, sales or consultant roles in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
- Familiarity with job portals and social recruiting channels
- Experience with an applicant tracking system
