Role Overview
As Recruitment Associate you will support the recruitment team with the day-to-day work of finding candidates: posting roles, screening applications, arranging interviews and keeping records up to date. You will learn the process properly here, and this role is the usual starting point for people building a career in recruitment.
Salary
This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.
Responsibilities
- Post roles on the relevant job portals and update listings as they change
- Screen incoming applications against the basic role requirements
- Make first contact with candidates and schedule interviews
- Maintain accurate candidate records and keep the pipeline tidy
- Follow up with candidates who have not responded
- Support offer and pre-joining formalities
- Keep the recruitment team’s templates and lists organised

Candidate Profile
- Entry-level: final-year students, recent graduates or anyone starting a career in recruitment
- Clear spoken and written communication in English and Hindi
- Careful work with records and comfortable working with a computer all day
- A professional manner on the phone with candidates
- Willingness to learn the process thoroughly
- Prior internship or part-time experience in recruitment, administration or customer support
- Familiarity with job portals
- Working knowledge of Marathi or other regional languages
