Role Overview
As Profile Quality Analyst you look at the quality of the information on the platform rather than whether it is genuine. You will check that profiles are complete, clear and consistent, and you will identify the gaps that are preventing members from getting suitable introductions. Your findings improve both the product and the guidance families receive.
Salary
This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.
Responsibilities
- Check profile completeness and assess the quality of the information provided
- Identify the missing fields and unclear entries that block good introductions
- Work with the product team on improving the profile form and its guidance
- Work with the field teams on what families need help completing
- Produce regular analysis of profile quality across states and districts
- Recommend the checks and guidance that would most improve matching quality

Candidate Profile
- Two or more years in data quality, QA, analysis or a similar role
- Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data
- Attention to detail and the ability to explain what you found clearly
- Strong written English and Hindi
- Comfortable making recommendations based on evidence
- Experience with profile or onboarding data
- Working knowledge of SQL or a data querying tool
- Experience in a consumer product team
