Role Overview
As Matrimonial Team Leader you supervise a group of consultants in a district or city. You review the quality of the service families receive, coordinate the team’s activity, and step in when a case needs attention. This is a salaried supervisory role and is different from the consultant roles, which are commission-based.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the consultants in the team and review the quality of their service
- Coordinate the team’s daily activities and the introductions being made
- Support consultants with difficult or sensitive cases
- Review the profiles created in your area for accuracy and completeness
- Report the team’s activity accurately to the District Manager
- Identify where consultants need training and arrange it
- Maintain relationships with the families in your area alongside the team

Who Can Apply?
- Three or more years in matrimonial services or a related family-facing role
- Experience supervising consultants or a small service team
- Strong judgement on service quality and on how families should be handled
- A computer and the ability to keep accurate records
- Fluent in the local language and in Hindi, with working English
- Experience as a senior consultant or consultant team leader
- Familiarity with the platform’s matching and verification processes
- Existing local network
