As Matrimonial Relationship Manager you stay with families through the whole journey rather than only at registration. You maintain the relationship, keep them informed, coordinate introductions and support the process through to a successful outcome. It is a role built on continuity and trust.

Responsibilities
- Maintain ongoing relationships with the members and families assigned to you
- Keep families informed about their profile status and the introductions being made
- Coordinate introductions and support both sides through the process
- Handle member queries and resolve escalations before they become complaints
- Keep accurate records of every member interaction
- Work with verification and customer care where a case needs joint handling
- Report on member outcomes honestly and raise cases that need attention

Who Can Apply?
- Two or more years in a relationship, account or member-facing service role
- Genuinely patient, with the ability to stay warm over a long period
- Strong communication in the local language and in Hindi
- Working English
- Meticulous record keeping
- Experience in matrimonial, wedding or allied relationship services
- Existing network in the local community
- Familiarity with the platform’s matching process
