Role Overview
As Matrimonial Partnership Manager you build the institutional and community partnerships that extend Corishta’s reach. You work with community organisations, trusts, institutions and allied service providers, negotiate terms, and ensure that every partnership is genuinely useful to the families it serves.

Responsibilities
- Establish community and institutional partnerships for matrimonial services
- Negotiate partnership terms that protect Corishta and the families we serve
- Design a partner activation process so partnerships produce sustained activity
- Maintain and grow the partner pipeline
- Coordinate with the business development and community teams on joint activity
- Report partner outcomes accurately and retire partnerships that do not work

Who Can Apply?
- Four or more years in partnerships, business development or community engagement
- A record of building relationships with community organisations or institutions
- Strong negotiation and commercial judgement
- Comfort with commercial targets and with honest reporting on them
- Fluent in the local language and in Hindi, with working English
- Experience with matrimonial or wedding services
- Existing relationships with community or institutional leaders
- Experience designing referral or channel models
