A Matrimonial Consultant works with Corishta to help people in their personal and local networks find suitable matrimonial matches. You introduce people who are genuinely looking for a marriage partner to Corishta, help them complete their matrimonial profile, and stay in touch with them as their profile moves forward. The work is relationship-based rather than technical: most of it happens through conversations with families, friends, colleagues and community groups you already belong to. Consultants work from home, on a schedule they set themselves, and are paid on the business they help create rather than a fixed monthly salary.
This is a performance-based, commission-only opportunity. There is no fixed monthly salary and no guaranteed income. Consultants earn a monthly profile maintenance credit of Rs. 5 for each active matrimonial profile they maintain (Rs. 5,000 for 1,000 active profiles), and in addition receive a 10% commission on the business generated from the profiles they refer and support. Total earnings therefore depend on the number of active profiles you maintain and on the business you generate. Payouts are processed monthly on the 7th, based on the credit ledger balance plus profile income plus earned commission.
Fixed component: Commission-based (no fixed salary)

Performance targets: Rs. 5,000 per month in profile maintenance credit at 1,000 active matrimonial profiles maintained.
Additional earning opportunities: 10% commission on business generated from the profiles you refer and support.
Payment conditions: Payouts are processed monthly on the 7th. The amount paid is the credit ledger balance plus profile maintenance income plus commission earned. Customer payments are made directly through the Corishta platform; consultants do not collect payments from customers personally.
