Role Overview
As Local Marketing Executive you run the promotions that happen in a district: the local events, the community campaigns and the point-of-sale material. You will work with the district team, the community executives and the local media, and you will report on what the activity produced.
Salary
This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate local promotions and awareness campaigns in the assigned district
- Plan and execute local events with the district and community teams
- Manage the local marketing budget and track what each activity produced
- Coordinate with local media and vendors
- Adapt central campaign material for local use
- Report campaign outcomes honestly, including what did not work

Candidate Profile
- One or more years in local marketing, field marketing or event marketing
- Fluent in the local language and in Hindi, with working English
- Practical understanding of offline marketing and local media
- Strong organisation and the ability to deliver on the day
- Comfort with budgets and basic measurement
- Experience with community events and local media
- Existing local vendor and media relationships
- Experience with regional language campaigns
