iOS App Developer

Role Overview

As iOS App Developer you own the Corishta application on Apple devices. You will build features in Swift, keep the app working across the iOS versions our members use, and make sure that the Apple release process is handled properly. You will work closely with the Android and backend engineers so that both applications behave consistently.

Salary

This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features of the Corishta iOS application in Swift
• Work with the backend team on the APIs the app consumes
• Ensure the app meets Apple’s review guidelines and the App Store requirements
• Prepare and publish releases to the App Store, including release notes
• Investigate and fix crashes and performance problems reported by users
• Keep the app consistent in behaviour and design with the Android application

Preferred Skills

Candidate Profile

• Three or more years of iOS development experience
• Strong Swift and SwiftUI or UIKit skills
• Familiarity with the iOS SDK, CocoaPods and modern app architecture
• Experience with REST APIs and local storage
• Care about polish and about the experience of members on older devices
• Experience with authentication, OTP and push notification flows
• Exposure to in-app purchase or App Store Connect tooling
• Familiarity with the Android application for a shared API contract
