Role Overview
As HR Operations Executive you keep the people data of the organisation accurate and usable. You will own the workforce records, produce the reporting that leadership and the state teams rely on, and make sure that every piece of employee documentation is complete and securely stored. The role is largely about accuracy and consistency.
Salary
This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the central employee database and keep it accurate and up to date
- Produce regular workforce reports covering headcount, attrition and movements
- Verify and complete employee documentation, including agreements and statutory forms
- Support audits and internal reviews with accurate records
- Manage leave and attendance records in coordination with the state teams
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data and control who can access it
- Improve the reporting formats so that they are used consistently

Candidate Profile
- Two or more years in HR operations or a similar records-focused role
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups
- Comfort with data entry and with checking your own work
- Discretion when handling confidential personnel information
- Experience with an HRMS or payroll system
- Familiarity with statutory record-keeping requirements in India
- Experience supporting a multi-state team
