Role Overview
As HR Manager you run the day-to-day of the people function. You will own recruitment across the states, keep employee records accurate, apply the policies the leadership team has written, and handle the routine administration that lets a distributed team work properly. You will also be the first point of contact for employees who need something resolved.
Salary
This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.
Responsibilities
- Own recruitment end to end, from posting the role through to the offer
- Maintain accurate employee records, leave records and attendance information
- Apply and explain HR policies, and handle routine employee queries
- Support onboarding for new joiners and make sure it is consistent across states
- Coordinate leave, attendance and shift planning with the operations teams
- Support performance reviews and help managers hold those conversations
- Handle employee relations cases with discretion and fairness
- Report on hiring progress, attrition and headcount to the leadership team

Candidate Profile
- Six or more years of HR experience
- Strong hands-on recruitment experience across multiple positions
- Working knowledge of labour practices and of documentation in India
- Experience with HR systems or HRMS software
- Confident with Microsoft Excel and with writing clear HR documents
- Experience hiring field and consultant roles in volume
- Familiarity with HR analytics
- Experience in a multi-state organisation
