Role Overview
As Head of Matrimonial Services you lead the part of Corishta that families deal with most directly. You will manage the consultant network, set the service standard for assisted matching, and make sure that the guidance a family receives is consistent and genuinely helpful. You will also decide how the consultancy model evolves, working closely with the founders so that the commercial model and the service model stay aligned.
Salary
This is a full-time salaried leadership position with a fixed annual salary. The published range is a market-referenced band and is confirmed individually before an offer is made.
Fixed component: ₹24,00,000 – ₹36,00,000 per annum
Responsibilities
- Lead the consultant network and set the service standard for assisted matching
- Design and improve the consultancy model so it remains sustainable for consultants and fair to families
- Train and certify consultants on Corishta procedures and on how to guide families
- Own the family assistance experience, from first enquiry through to a successful introduction
- Monitor consultant activity and support quality across states
- Build the progression path that lets a consultant grow into a senior consultant or team leader
- Work with verification and trust and safety on member-facing service standards
- Report service quality and consultant performance to the leadership team

Candidate Profile
- Eight or more years in matrimonial, marriage services, relationship services or a closely allied consumer service
- Experience managing a consultant, advisor or partner network
- Deep understanding of how Indian families make marriage decisions
- Strong record of service quality and of developing people
- Willingness to travel across the states where consultants operate
- Direct experience with a matchmaking or matrimonial platform
- Experience designing commission or partner-network models
- Fluency in Hindi and a second regional language
