Role Overview
As Family Relationship Executive you speak directly with parents and families, which is where most decisions about a matrimonial service are made. You explain how Corishta works, help them with registration, and make sure they understand what happens next. A smartphone is sufficient for this role.

Responsibilities
- Speak with parents and families by phone and in person to explain Corishta services
- Guide families through the registration process and answer their questions
- Follow up with families who have started the process and not completed it
- Record each interaction accurately in the platform
- Escalate questions that need a specialist answer
- Keep family information confidential at all times
- Report your activity accurately

Who Can Apply?
- One or more years in a customer-facing role where you speak with families or customers
- A clear, respectful manner on the phone
- Fluency in the local language and in Hindi
- A smartphone and a reliable data connection
- Careful handling of personal and family information
- Experience in a family services, banking, insurance or similar trust-based service
- Existing knowledge of the local community
- A computer and internet connection at home
