Role Overview
As Facebook and Instagram Ads Specialist you manage the Meta advertising account. You will build campaigns, optimise them against the cost of a genuine registration, test creative, and keep the account healthy. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager on what creative performs.
Salary
This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Optimise campaigns against cost per registered family rather than against clicks
- Test creative and audience combinations, and report what worked
- Monitor account health, spend pacing and campaign delivery
- Work with the design team on the creative that performs best
- Maintain accurate campaign records and produce regular performance reports

Candidate Profile
- Two or more years running Meta advertising campaigns
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including audiences, placements and tracking
- Strong analytical skill and comfort with campaign data
- Understanding of what a good registration looks like, so you can optimise towards it
- Attention to detail in tracking and campaign setup
- Experience advertising in a regional or vernacular market
- Experience with the pixel, conversions API or app tracking
- Familiarity with matrimonial or wedding advertising
