Role Overview
As District Recruitment Coordinator you are responsible for filling the hiring needs of one district. You will source candidates using the local networks that actually work in that place, screen them against the roles, and coordinate their interviews with the district manager. You will be based in or near the district and you will know the area.
Salary
This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates for all open roles in the assigned district
- Screen applicants for field, consultant and support roles against the role needs
- Coordinate interviews with the district manager and keep candidates informed
- Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy records for the district
- Build local referral networks that can be reused for future openings
- Support onboarding for candidates who accept a district role
- Report district hiring progress to the state team

Candidate Profile
- Two or more years in recruitment, staffing or field hiring
- Strong local knowledge of the assigned district and its candidate market
- Good spoken and written communication in the local language and in Hindi
- Working English for reporting and for professional communication
- Willingness to travel within the district regularly
- Experience hiring consultants or field staff
- Existing local referral networks
- Familiarity with the local language and community
