District Partnership Executive

Role Overview

As District Partnership Executive you look for organisations and individuals in the district who can refer families to Corishta in a way that is honest and useful. You will build referral relationships, organise joint activities with those partners, and make sure that every partnership is genuine and clearly framed for the families involved.

Salary

This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build referral relationships with suitable local organisations
• Organise joint activities and events with partners in the district
• Follow up on partner interest and convert it into sustained activity
• Maintain the partner register and the records of what each partnership produces
• Ensure partner activities are conducted honestly and within platform guidelines
• Report partnership outcomes to the District Manager
• Work with the District Community Manager on alignment

Preferred Skills

Candidate Profile

• Two or more years in partnerships, community engagement or local sales
• Strong relationship-building and networking ability
• Clear spoken communication in the local language and in Hindi
• Working English
• Comfort with tracking activity and reporting on it honestly
• Experience with referral or channel partnerships
• Existing local networks in the district
• Exposure to community or institutional engagement
