District Operations Executive

Role Overview

As District Operations Executive you keep a district’s operational work coordinated and its reporting accurate. You will coordinate the day-to-day activities of the district team, maintain the records the manager relies on, and make sure the reporting is submitted properly and on time.

Salary

This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the district team
• Maintain district operational records and activity reporting
• Support the district team with the tools and information they need
• Follow up with the team to make sure reporting is complete and timely
• Assist the District Manager with local events and community activity
• Handle routine escalations and coordinate the resolution
• Support new joiners in the district with onboarding tasks

Preferred Skills

Candidate Profile

• Two or more years in operations, administration or coordination
• Careful and accurate work with records and reporting
• Good organisation and the ability to coordinate several tasks
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Fluent in the local language and in Hindi, with working English
• Experience in district or branch operations
• Familiarity with the local community
• Experience with MS Excel reporting
