District MIS Executive

Role Overview

As District MIS Executive you are responsible for the district’s operational data. You will maintain the reports and dashboards the district is measured on, verify that the numbers are right, and produce the regular reporting the manager and the state team rely on. Accuracy is the whole job.

Salary

This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the district reports and dashboards
• Collect and verify the activity data from the field team
• Produce the daily, weekly and monthly district reporting accurately and on time
• Reconcile the activity data against what the platform records
• Flag anomalies and data gaps to the District Manager promptly
• Maintain the district MIS records and the reporting templates
• Support the state reporting with accurate district inputs

Preferred Skills

Candidate Profile

• Two or more years in MIS, reporting, data operations or a similar role
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and lookups
• Strong attention to detail and a dislike of approximate numbers
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Access or a similar database tool
• Fluent in the local language and in Hindi, with working English
• Experience reporting for field teams
• Working knowledge of SQL or a reporting tool such as Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with the matrimonial or services data model
