District Manager

Role Overview

As District Manager you are the person who runs Corishta in one district. You manage the local team, support and guide the consultants, hold the local operating standard, and grow the district’s activity over time. You will know the district well, and you will be looked to for the answers that only someone local can give.

Salary

This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the district team and the consultants working in the district
• Support consultants in registering families and guiding them through the process
• Own the district’s activity targets and report on them accurately
• Ensure the district follows the operating and service standards
• Resolve escalations from families and from the field team
• Coordinate local recruitment and local community activity
• Identify opportunities for the district to grow and act on them

Preferred Skills

Candidate Profile

• Four or more years of experience managing teams, ideally in a field or service operation
• Strong local knowledge of the assigned district and its community
• Practical team coordination skills and the ability to lead without a large office
• Fluent in the local language and in Hindi, with working English
• Strong commitment to member outcomes and to honest reporting
• Experience in a consumer services or network-distributed business
• Experience hiring and coaching field or consultant teams
• Exposure to matrimonial or allied relationship services
