Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview

As Digital Marketing Manager you own how Corishta acquires families online. You will set the digital strategy, manage the paid and organic budget, and lead the team that runs campaigns across search, social and the marketplace of matrimonial advertising. You will be judged on registrations that become real families, not on clicks.

Salary

This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital marketing strategy and the acquisition plan that supports it
• Manage the paid search, social and display budget and allocate it deliberately
• Measure campaigns against cost per registered family, not against impressions
• Lead the content and campaign team across the channels we use
• Work with SEO to grow the organic contribution alongside paid activity
• Test new channels and platforms, and stop the ones that do not pay back
• Report performance honestly, including what did not work

Preferred Skills

Candidate Profile

• Five or more years in digital marketing, with at least two years managing campaigns and budget
• Hands-on understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO
• Strong analytical ability and comfort reading campaign data
• Experience in a consumer or services business where cost per acquisition matters
• Ability to brief and manage creative work
• Experience in matrimonial, wedding or allied relationship categories
• Knowledge of regional language marketing
• Experience with marketing automation and analytics tooling
