Role Overview
As DevOps and Cloud Engineer you own how Corishta is deployed and kept running. You will build the pipelines that take code from a branch to production, manage the cloud infrastructure it runs on, and put in place the monitoring and alerting that tells us something is wrong before a member tells us. You will work closely with the development team to make releasing safe and routine.
Salary
This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the website and the mobile applications
- Manage cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking and databases
- Set up monitoring, logging and alerting, and act on the alerts
- Automate repetitive operational work with scripting and configuration management
- Own the release process, including rollbacks and post-release verification
- Harden the infrastructure against common attack patterns
- Keep cloud cost under control and remove what is no longer needed

Candidate Profile
- Four or more years in DevOps, SRE or cloud infrastructure engineering
- Strong Linux administration skills and comfort on a command line
- Hands-on experience with AWS and with infrastructure as code such as Terraform
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines in a real project
- Practical understanding of networking, DNS and TLS
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to PHP application hosting
- Experience with security hardening and compliance in practice
