Role Overview
As Consultant Network Manager you are responsible for the consultant network itself: how it is recruited, how consultants are onboarded, how they are supported and how their performance is monitored. You will protect the quality of the network and make sure consultants understand how the model works.

This is a full-time salaried position with a fixed annual salary. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.

Payment conditions: All customer payments are made directly to Corishta. Consultants do not collect payments from customers. Earnings depend on performance and eligible activity; there is no guaranteed income.
Responsibilities
- Recruit consultants across the states and assess their suitability and community reach
- Onboard new consultants, including training them on the platform and the procedures
- Support consultants with the questions and difficulties they face
- Monitor consultant activity and performance, and address concerns early
- Maintain the consultant register and the records of each consultant’s status
- Work with the state teams to keep the network balanced across districts
- Ensure consultants understand and follow the Corishta payment and conduct rules

Who Can Apply?
- Four or more years in network management, partnership management or field recruitment
- Experience managing a network of independent partners or field staff
- Strong judgement on consultant suitability and on quality
- Good training and coaching ability
- Fluent in the local language and in Hindi, with working English
- Experience with commission or partner networks
- Exposure to matrimonial or allied relationship services
- Experience across multiple states
