Role Overview
As Community Outreach Coordinator you organise the local activities that bring families into contact with Corishta: the awareness sessions, the community meetings and the orientation events. You coordinate what other people deliver and make sure each event is well organised and properly recorded. A smartphone is sufficient for this role.

This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this role is confirmed individually during the hiring process and is based on experience; no fixed figure is advertised at this stage.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate local awareness and engagement activities
- Arrange the venues, speakers and materials needed for each activity
- Support community development executives with the practical organisation of events
- Record attendance and outcomes from each activity accurately
- Follow up with the families who attended
- Work with the district team to schedule activities around the local calendar
- Report activity and outcomes honestly

Who Can Apply?
- One or more years coordinating activities, events or community programmes
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle several activities
- Fluent in the local language and in Hindi
- A smartphone with a reliable data connection
- Enthusiasm and reliability
- Experience coordinating community or religious events
- A computer and internet connection at home
- Familiarity with the local community
