Role Overview
As Community Development Executive you build the local network that the matchmaking service depends on. You engage with community groups, families and local leaders in an ethical and transparent way, and you make sure the outreach is always about genuine help rather than promotion. A smartphone is sufficient, and a computer is useful.

Responsibilities
- Build local matrimonial networks through ethical community outreach
- Engage with community groups, family networks and local leaders
- Organise and run community awareness and orientation sessions
- Work with consultants and district teams so outreach converts into sustained activity
- Keep records of the communities and networks developed in your area
- Ensure all outreach is conducted honestly and within platform guidelines
- Report your activity accurately

Who Can Apply?
- Two or more years in community engagement, development or a related field role
- Strong relationship-building ability and genuine comfort with community work
- Fluent in the local language and in Hindi
- A smartphone with a reliable data connection
- Strong personal integrity, since the role involves outreach on behalf of the brand
- Existing community networks in the area
- A computer and internet connection at home
- Experience with community or institutional engagement
